Of course! Once your order has shipped we will provide you with a tracking number you can use to track your order.

We aim to reply to you as soon as we can – this shouldn’t take longer than 48 hours.

At King Division we’re super-efficient and want you to have your items as soon as possible. We will try to process and dispatch your order as quickly as we can, which may limit our ability to add items to the initial order or to prevent a package from shipping. Nevertheless, do reach out to us at support@kingdivision.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Most customers do not incur any extra import duties.

However, we are not responsible for any duties and taxes that may be applied by customs in the country where your order is shipped. We recommend contacting your customs office before ordering to check whether you will incur any charges.

Please contact us at support@kingdivision.com – we may be able to immediately give you an estimate of when the item is going to be re-stocked or will pop in an email as soon as it becomes available.

Please contact us at support@kingdivision.com, describing the issue with the product. It will help if you attach good, close-up photo(s) or videos demonstrating the fault. Please include your name and order number, and provide as much detail as possible so we can help you faster.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges on any orders due to hygiene reasons since our products are wearable items and not fit for resale upon return.

We do however provide support for any items that arrive damaged or that do not fit the description. In these cases we may offer Store Credit or a Replacement. For further information, please refer to our Refunds Policy page.

We accept PayPal, most major Credit Cards and also Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum and Litecoin).

Our U.S. customers also have the option to select Afterpay at checkout which allows to pay fortnightly over 4 interest-free installments.
