All King Division products are covered by our 180-Day "Repair or Replace" Warranty. We back our products so you can order with confidence in knowing we have your back in the unlikely case anything goes wrong with your purchase.
Our 180-Day Warranty has you covered worldwide, so if you encounter any issues with your product, and it is our fault, we will repair or replace the item for free. If the damage or issue was caused by improper use or care it will not be covered under the warranty.
Please note the warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft.
To file a warranty claim please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org explaining what has happened with your product and provide as much information as you can (including photos or videos to demonstrate the issue).
If your claim is accepted, we will aim to get back to you within 24 hours with a solution to either repair or replace the item for you.
Please note that in the case of a replacement being provided, this new item will only have a warranty valid for the remaining time on the original warranty.
No more than one claim per item may be made during the 180-day warranty period.
