Before returning any items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. Please make sure that you understand our returns policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.

To return your order, you will need to contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will reimburse up to $30 in return shipping fees paid. Any shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.

If the item you received is defective, you may not need to return the product to us if we can confirm there is a defect. In this case, a photo and video will be required to confirm the defective item. Once confirmed a store credit, replacement or refund will be processed.

Please note the following conditions:
1. Your item/s must be in new and unused condition;
2. You must contact us requesting a return BEFORE shipping any items to us;
3. You have up to 30 days after receiving your item to contact us requesting a return;
4. We advise returning your order with package tracking. Any returns that become lost in transit or are not delivered to us will incur a 25% restocking fee if they become lost in transit.

Important: If the returned product is not in new condition and deemed to be unfit for resale, a restocking fee of 25% of the full retail price will be deducted from the refund.
