Refunds Policy

At King Division we take strict quality control measures to ensure all products are delivered to you in perfect condition and in working order. In the unlikely case that you receive a defective item, you are eligible for store credit or a replacement immediately upon approval.

To be eligible for store credit or a replacement, you must:
1. Contact us within 90 days of receiving your order;
2. Provide your order information (order number, customer name, phone number);
3. Provide photos or a video which demonstrates the defect with the product received;

4. Mention if you would like store credit or a replacement to be shipped to you.

Approved Replacements
All claims that are approved for a replacement will be shipped via Express Shipping (excluding deliveries to PO Boxes) to ensure you receive your replacement as soon as possible.

Approved Store Credit
If store credit is requested, your credit will be submitted within 48 hours after approval. You can use this credit towards any items on our store.

This Refunds Policy will expire after 90 days have passed since your order delivery date. Any damage claims after this period will not be eligible for store credit or replacement.
